Our Story

Onigiri is also known as omusubi.
In Japan long ago, mountains were seen as sacred, and Onigiri was shaped like small mountains to carry their power. From this came omusubi.
"Musubi" means “to connect,” symbolizing the bond between people and nature.
By sharing onigiri in the Netherlands, we hope to do more than just offer food— we aim to create connections and meaningful encounters with people.
